Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS communications at any time by replying with STOP,
CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Once processed, you will no longer
receive mobile messages from I Moved Up unless you choose to
re-enroll.

Your information is always protected. I Moved Up does not sell,
rent, or share your mobile number or related data with third parties for promotional
purposes. Your contact information is used solely to provide the updates and

These TOS shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Kent County, Michigan. Claims must be brought within two (2) years of the occurrence or discovery of the cause of action.
