Refund Policy for iMovedUp

1. Overview

At iMovedUp (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality services and digital products to our customers. We understand that sometimes refunds may be requested. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available, the process for requesting one, and any limitations.

2. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to purchases of our services, digital products, subscriptions, or any paid offerings made via our website or affiliated platforms.

This policy does not cover third-party products, services, or fees (e.g. payments processed via external marketplaces).

In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and your consumer rights under applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel within a grace period of [e.g. 7 calendar days] from the date of purchase (when applicable by law), and you have not substantially used the service or content.
  • If a technical or processing error on our part prevents access to the service, provided that the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • If we fail to deliver a service or digital product as described, and cannot remedy this within a reasonable period.

Refunds are not available when:

  • The cancellation is made after the eligibility period has passed.
  • You have already used or consumed a large portion of the service or content (e.g. accessed all lessons, downloaded all files).
  • You request a refund merely because of a change of mind or preference (unless otherwise required by law).
  • The service, content, or digital product was offered free of charge or under a trial or promotional period.
  • The request is based on features or benefits that were clearly disclosed as “future development” or “subject to change” in advance.

4. Subscription / Recurring Payment Refunds

For subscription services, you can cancel future recurring charges at any time. Cancelling stops further billing but does not guarantee a refund of the amount already charged for the current subscription period, unless it meets refund eligibility above.

If a refund is approved, we may refund a pro rata amount for the unused portion of the subscription period, depending on jurisdictional rules and our internal policy.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  • Contact our Support team at info@imovedup.com (or another designated email) or through our online help portal.
  • Provide your order number, purchase date, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
  • We will acknowledge your request within [3 5 business days], review your request, and respond with our decision.
  • If approved, we will process the refund within [7 14 business days], depending on banking / payment processor timelines.

6. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to grant or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

For bulk or special orders, or custom services, additional terms may apply, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

In certain jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may mandate refund rights (e.g. “cooling-off period”). We will comply with those laws regardless of this policy.

7. Modifications & Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy regularly. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
